Before returning any merchandise you should contact us at 512-718-9414 or by email to wickedleathers@austin.rr.com [calls preferred] to obtain a RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number).
No merchandise would be accepted without an RMA# on the outside of the returned package.
1. Products ordered online by our Internet Customers will be accepted in return for a full refund minus any shipping charges. Refunds will be issued for any of the following reasons:
a) The item is defective.
b) The item received is not the ordered item.
c) The item differs in specifications from the item displayed in our web site.
Notification with us of returning is required within 5 days from receipt of garment.
2. If Customer ordered a standard production garment in a size that does not fit, customer is entitled to Exchange the garment for the same style, in the correct size. Customer should obtain an RMA number before returning the garment. Customer must notify Wicked Leathers within 5 working days of receipt of garment.
3. Returns on obsolete or sale items can be exchanged for another garment/Item of the same dollar value or customer can pay the difference for a higher priced garment/Item. In some circumstances certain items will be marked as "Sales Final" in this case no exchanges will be made. These items will be discounted but with the understanding that once purchased no return or exchanges will be accepted.
4. Returns will be accepted by Wicked Leathers only when Customer has notified Wicked Leathers no later than five (05) days after received of the goods and obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Customer must take all necessary precautions, once Wicked Leathers authorizes the return, to guarantee a prompt and safe delivery of the goods being returned to Wicked Leathers. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, and must not exhibit signs of being worn or mistreated. Damaged or worn products will not be accepted for return.
